Our Commitment To Privacy
Revelex Corporation (Revelex) knows that you care how Personally Identifying Information (PII) about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting a web site that communicates with or links to by Revelex's software, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

The Information We Collect
Revelex Corporation operates solely as a provider of Internet-enabled Application Service Provider (ASP) that provides a comprehensive travel agency customer management system solution for registered travel agencies. As such, Revelex does not collect any of the data within our systems except for and at the explicit instructions of our customers-- the travel agencies that have contracted to use our applications and services.

All PII received originates from travel agents who represent travel agencies that have contracted with Revelex to act on their behalf in order to fulfill travel booking requests-Revelex Corporation does not collect PII from any other source. Only information required to complete a travel request (ie, carrier availability search, booking, etc…) is asked for and received by our applications.

Revelex does operate session-based web-enabled applications, however Revelex does not employ stealth PII-gathering or spyware-type devices of any kind. However, our customers may choose to employ such devices in web sites that they control that accesses Revelex's applications and systems.

Revelex only receives PII that is provided by authorized travel agents who have contracted to use our applications and systems to benefit their clients. Revelex does not contract with outside entities to augment or provide personal information of any kind. Revelex, of its own accord, does not originate, collect or augment PII in any way.

The Way We Use Information:
Revelex Corporation does not act on any of the data within our systems except for and at or the explicit instructions of our customers-- the travel agencies that have contracted to use our software and services. Revelex passes all data that is collected through its systems to the appropriate entities in order to complete travel requests. Revelex does not act on, supplement or disseminate PII of it own accord in any way.

Revelex's software requires that its client agencies input its agent's information, which may optionally include an employee number in addition to traditional office contact information. This information is only used to facilitate travel requests and related uses.

Revelex's applications and services will ask agencies to provide customers' PII in order to complete travel transactions. This will most probably include passport number and country the purposes of passing it through to the carrier to complete a travel booking. Other information collected will probably include address, age, telephone and email contact information. Similarly, payment information is also collected for the same purposes. In cases where special, sensitive categories of PII are collected, it may optionally include voluntarily supplied customer information pertaining to ethnic, religious or lifestyle preferences-only for the purposes of the carrier providing the appropriate food and/or accommodations. Again, this information is voluntarily supplied by our client travel agencies' customers, to their travel agents, to Revelex for the purpose of passing it through to the carrier for the purposes of completing a travel requests or related uses.

When data is stored on Revelex's systems, it is done so only at the instruction of registered and/or licensed travel agents, again, for the purposes of enabling the travel transactions and related uses.

As part of Revelex's offerings of travel industry software and services, Revelex's applications will send email confirmations to customers at points in travel transactions. Revelex does not email PII as part of this feature. Similarly, Revelex's systems will occasionally be the source of email promotional campaigns. However, Revelex will only do so at a client agency's request, and only with data that belongs to that agency. Again, Revelex will not knowing be the source of that is emailed, but the ultimate control of this rests with the discretion of the client agency. Revelex does provide its travel agency clients the ability to provide their customers with opt-out capabilities for promotional mailings, but the ultimate implementation of this feature is at the discretion of client travel agencies.

Revelex will only use PII that is provided for the benefit of client travel agencies, which includes, but is not limited to responding to travel and travel-related requests, customizing future travel reservations and communicating with client agencies and their customers.

Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. Revelex Corporation does not provide or operate software or web sites that in any way is intended to attract anyone under the age of 13. Similarly, Revelex will never disseminate PII about children of its own accord.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
Revelex Corporation does not originate or augment PII in any way, and strongly suggests that individuals contact the travel agency responsible for originating the PII for corrections and disputes. In the event that a PII issue can not be resolved with the originating party, Revelex Corporation can be contacted directly. Revelex Corporation reserves the right to charge a service fee to help cover the cost of researching and coordinating the remediation of any PII issue.

Notification of Changes
Due to the rapidly evolving technologies on the Internet, we may occasionally revise or update this policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our corporate homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
