Good but wasn't impressed.
|
| ENTERTAINMENT: |
The shows were excellent but the bands/music in the lounges was not very good at all. Music geared for much older people and the singers were not good at all.
|
| SHORE EXCURSIONS: |
We had a terrible experience with the excursions to the Panama Rain Forrest/Horse back riding. Animals were in terrible condition/hungry and starving. One took off with me on it's back, ran me into a stall where the metal bar hit my forehead. Terrible experience.
|
| ONBOARD ACTIVITIES: |
Ok but geared for older (80 year olds)
|
| OVERALL IMPRESSION: |
OK

| COMMENTS: |
I love the Princess line but I was very disappointed when many became ill with the Norwalk Virus. My daughter and her husband both became very ill with this virus. They could not leave their cabin for the last four days of the Cruise. They couldn't eat, only drink soda. They were charged for their soda. Not sure I will travel this Princess ship again. I know I will never go to these Island ever again. Too much poverty. A few years ago my husband and I went to Alaska on the Diamond Princess and loved every minute of it. We intend to return to Alaska on another cruise soon. |

Client Review || Coral Princess posted 2006-11-02 |
| CABIN CATEGORY: |
GG - good location for accessing all areas of the ship including the guest laundry, standard configuration but we do like the open closet area on Princess ships, slight view due to cabin being located at the front of a life boat so one of the better obstructed views.
|
| FOOD & SERVICE: |
Disappointed in the beef quality throughout the ship, including Bayou Cafe. Good variety and food quality in the buffets. Personal Choice Dining service was somewhat rushed.
|
| ENTERTAINMENT: |
Overall very good. Some of the vocals were poor in the lounge/pool bands.
|
| SHORE EXCURSIONS: |
Did not use as we have been to these ports several times before.
|
| ONBOARD ACTIVITIES: |
Very well organized and well attended. Cruise staff was excellent. Cruise Director (Scott Roberts) was OUTSTANDING!
|
| OVERALL IMPRESSION: |
Very clean and in good condition.
|
| COMMENTS: |
Excellent way to experience the Panama Canal without having to make the full transit. Book Canal shore excursions early (either on-line or as soon as you get on board) as they sell-out quickly! |
