The 138,000-ton, 3,114-guest Voyager of the Seas became the world's largest cruise ship when it entered service in November 1999. CABIN CATEGORY:	Inside room facing promenade. At first, we were excited with a view of the promenade but after 4 nights of music under my bed till 1am from the pub below we asked to have our room changed. The manager was very accommodating and we were given a room with a balcony which was a great upgrade. Our first room attendant told us that the room we were in initially, often asks to be moved. It's great if you are a heavy sleeper but I am not. We were fortunate there was a room available. Our first state attendant was very attentive and straightened up the room multiple times. The second one was not as attentive.
FOOD & SERVICE:	Good. They tried to be attentive but many of them did not speak English well. We would have liked better service from the food staff in the Windjammer. No one brought coffee to you at breakfast as they do on other cruise lines. The 24 hour caf�, had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, desserts and sandwiches available which was great. They did not have lids or holder sleeves for the cups after the first day. One needed at least 2 cups to be used to prevent burning your hand.
ENTERTAINMENT:	Average. The musical entertainment and ice show were excellent. The other entertainment was average.
SHORE EXCURSIONS:	Good excursion to Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica but had no idea that climbing the falls was actually walking in the water and not along side of the falls.
ONBOARD ACTIVITIES:	The music was very loud and hard to dance to in many of the lounges. We are dancers and did the least amount of dancing on this cruise than any other cruise. It would have been nice to have a dance lounge every night. Some of the bands were willing to play requests. The Vault nightclub was terrible and the DJ didn't even know what blues music was. We did not participate is any other on board activities.
OVERALL IMPRESSION:	Good but not excellent.
COMMENTS:	See above info regarding promenade rooms. Haiti day was excellent on their private island with food brought there by the cruise line.
