The Review
We had two penthouse suites on the Norwegian Spirit from May to June 2012 on its Med Cruise from Venice to Barcelona. The ship experience was a thrill of a lifetime for us. I will never go on another cruise without paying for a suite. The advantages are worth the price. The crew in the suite areas was fantastic and the concierge, Belkys Laos Sancez, was phenomenal.
Additional Information
Ship Quality:
They have a sanitation program where people clean their hands before entering public areas and I never saw an area that was not totally clean.
Dining and Food:
We ate at Cagney's most of the time and in the specialty rooms but the food was tremendous in all dining areas.
Stateroom Quality:
A thrill of a lifetime. I wouldn't change a thing.
Ship Staff Quality:
Best of the best in the suites and good for most of the ship. There were a few Filipinas who spoke in their native language and who made fun of the guests.
Entertainment Quality:
They tried, but overall it was just average.
Family Friendliness:
