Antarctica with the flights from Miami included, and only 196 guests.
Atlas Ocean Voyages is the young American line that put expedition yachting within reach: three 196-guest sisters, World Navigator, World Traveller and World Voyager, built in 2021 to 2023 with hybrid propulsion, a water-level marina and Zodiacs, and a fare that includes drinks, gratuities, Wi-Fi and a guided excursion in every port. It suits travelers who want Antarctica without the logistics, because many departures include round-trip air from Miami and the charter to Ushuaia, and who then want the same yacht for Iceland and the Arctic in summer, the Mediterranean and the Holy Land in spring and fall, and South America or Canada and New England in between. SmartCruiser shows every Atlas sailing with taxes and fees included, puts SmartCruiser picks first, and adds SmartCruiser bonus onboard credit per stateroom on sailings where the line allows it.
Three ways to sail with Atlas
Pick one and the list below filters to it; the Antarctica air-inclusive voyages are what made the line’s name, the rest of the year is yacht cruising with Zodiacs in the garage.
Antarctica from Miami
- Round-trip flights from Miami and the charter between Buenos Aires or Santiago and Ushuaia included on many departures
- 9 to 13 nights with two Zodiac landings a day, a parka to keep and the expedition team
- Falklands and South Georgia on the longer voyages
Best for: first Antarctica trips, anyone who hates arranging flights
Iceland and the Arctic
- Reykjavik round trips and one-ways to Greenland and Svalbard, June to September
- Puffin cliffs, calving glaciers, polar bears on the pack ice, Zodiac cruises among icebergs
- 7 to 12 nights with the same all-inclusive fare
Best for: summer expeditions, photographers
The Mediterranean and the Holy Land
- Lisbon, the Riviera, Italy, Greece and Turkey in spring and fall, with Israel, Egypt and the Red Sea on select dates
- Small harbors, overnights in port, the included excursion in every call
- 7 to 11 nights; the yachts carry the Zodiacs for remote coasts
Best for: couples, small-ship first-timers, culture and food

SmartCruiser instant savings and bonus onboard credit are provided by SmartCruiser on top of the cruise line’s price and are not available when booking direct; amounts are per stateroom, vary by stateroom category and are shown for the lowest category offered. Special SmartCruiser rates are pricing SmartCruiser holds on that sailing for its clients, with extra onboard credit; you book your own stateroom and travel on your own. Senior fares apply to guests 55 and over; resident fares need proof of residency in a listed state or province at check-in; police and fire fares apply to active or retired police, fire and EMT personnel with ID. Qualifier-fare savings are measured against the best fare the cruise line offers the general public for the same stateroom category on the day the list was pulled, updated weekly.

Atlas questions we answer every day
What is included on Atlas?
Drinks including premium spirits and wine, gratuities, Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, specialty dining, L’Occitane amenities and a guided excursion in every port; in Antarctica every landing and Zodiac cruise, a parka to keep, boots to borrow, and emergency medical evacuation insurance. Many Antarctica departures also include round-trip flights from Miami and the charter to Ushuaia, which we confirm on the exact date before you book.
How bad is the Drake Passage?
Two days each way from Ushuaia, from flat to rough, and the yachts are small enough to feel it. They are stabilized and the doctor hands out patches; most guests spend the crossing at lectures and the bar. Atlas does not fly the Drake, so if it worries you we can show you lines that do.
How big are the yachts and the cabins?
196 guests, which keeps every Antarctica landing inside the 100-ashore limit so you get two outings a day. Nearly every stateroom has a balcony or a Juliet balcony that opens the whole wall, suites have butlers, and the yachts have a sauna, a small pool, a water-level marina and glass-walled lounges. There is no casino and no formal night.
Which departures include the flights?
Most Antarctica departures include either round-trip air from Miami plus the charter to Ushuaia, or the charter alone with a flight credit; the offer changes by date and by the time of booking. Outside Antarctica Atlas sells air add-ons from the US. We check the exact inclusion on the date you choose and compare it with booking your own flights.
Do I need a passport or visa?
A passport valid six months beyond your trip. US citizens need no visa for Argentina, Chile, Iceland, Greenland, Norway or the EU; Egypt issues a visa on arrival and Israel an electronic travel authorization, both of which we flag when you book. Antarctica itself has no border control; the yacht holds the permit.
Are taxes and fees included in the prices here?
Yes. Every price on this page includes the voyage fare, taxes, fees and port expenses. Flights are extra unless the departure includes them, and hotels and optional activities are extra unless the fare you choose says otherwise.
