Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

A Ritz-Carlton that moves: all suites, all terraces, 298 guests.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is the hotel company at sea: Evrima for 298 guests and the larger Ilma and Luminara for 456, every stateroom a suite with its own terrace, Ritz-Carlton staff, and S.E.A. by three-Michelin-star chef Sven Elverfeld on board. Drinks, Wi-Fi and gratuities are in the fare, and the yachts overnight in port so dinner ashore and a late return are part of the plan. Winters are the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale and San Juan; summers are the Mediterranean and the Adriatic, with Northern Europe on select dates, on voyages of 5 to 12 nights. It suits Ritz-Carlton loyalists, couples who want hotel polish without cruise rituals, and Marriott Bonvoy members who want the points. SmartCruiser shows every Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection sailing with taxes and fees included, SmartCruiser picks first, and SmartCruiser bonus onboard credit per suite on sailings where the line allows it.

Three ways to sail with Ritz-Carlton

Pick one and the list below filters to it. Same suites and the same staff, three different coastlines.

Winter

Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale and San Juan

  • 7 to 10 nights, November to April, with a late-night or overnight in St. Barts on most dates
  • Virgin Gorda, Anguilla, Bequia and the Grenadines, where big ships cannot anchor
  • Fly into Fort Lauderdale or San Juan the day before and we hold the hotel

Best for: holiday sailings, honeymoons, Bonvoy members cashing in a winter escape

Summer

Mediterranean and Adriatic

  • 7 to 12 nights from Barcelona, Nice, Rome, Venice, Athens and Istanbul, May to October
  • Overnights in Monte Carlo, Ibiza, Mykonos and Dubrovnik
  • Two or three yachts in Europe at once, so there is a date for every week

Best for: a first Ritz-Carlton voyage, couples who want evenings ashore, families with teens in summer

Cool summer

Northern Europe and the British Isles

  • 7 to 12 nights between Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Dublin and Reykjavik
  • Norway’s fjords and the Baltic capitals in June and July
  • Cooler ports, long evenings and fewer sailings, so they sell early

Best for: repeat guests who have done the Med, scenery over beaches

January to AprilPeak Caribbean: St. Barts in high season, perfect weather and the highest fares of the winter.
May to JuneThe first Mediterranean voyages, with mild weather, quieter ports and fares below July and August.
July to AugustPeak Europe: the Rivieras, Greece and the fjords, warm seas and full yachts.
September to OctoberWarm water and cooler evenings in the Med and the Adriatic before the fall crossing home.

Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection questions we answer every day

What is included in the fare?

Your suite with terrace, dining in every restaurant except S.E.A. by Sven Elverfeld (which carries a surcharge), drinks including premium spirits and wines at the bars and in your suite, Wi-Fi, gratuities, and the watersports marina when conditions allow. Shore excursions, spa treatments and flights are extra.

What is the yacht like compared with a cruise ship?

More hotel than ship. Every room is a suite with a terrace, there is no main dining room or set seating, and the staff come from Ritz-Carlton hotels. Guests are mostly American couples in their 40s to 60s, with families in the summer and over the holidays; Ritz Kids runs on board. The yacht overnights in many ports, so you can have dinner in town and walk back.

Is there a dress code?

Resort casual throughout, with no formal nights. Collared shirts and slacks or a dress at dinner are the norm, and a jacket is never required.

Do I earn Marriott Bonvoy points?

Yes. Members earn Bonvoy points on the cruise fare and Elite members are recognized on board. Points post after you sail. Give us your Bonvoy number and we add it to the booking.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, for every voyage, valid for at least six months past your return. Even the Fort Lauderdale round trips call at foreign islands, and the European sailings start and end outside the US.

Are taxes and fees included in the prices here?

Yes. Every price on this page includes cruise fare, taxes, fees and port expenses. Excursions, spa, S.E.A. and flights are extra, and we quote the total before you book.
