Disney Adventure: ship guide
Disney’s largest ship, with the first Disney roller coaster at sea, sailing short getaways from Singapore.
Best for: Families in Singapore and the region, and US families adding a short Disney cruise to a Singapore trip, who want the biggest Disney ship and its only roller coaster at sea. Sails from Singapore in 2026 and 2027.

About Disney Adventure
Disney Adventure is the largest ship in the Disney fleet at about 208,000 gross tons with room for roughly 6,700 guests across 19 decks. Begun as Global Dream for another operator, she was bought by Disney in 2022, completed by Meyer Werft in Wismar, Germany, and sailed her maiden voyage from Singapore on March 10, 2026. Robert Downey Jr. is her godparent. She is the only Disney ship based outside North America and Europe and will stay in Singapore for years.
Instead of neighborhoods, Disney built seven themed areas: Disney Imagination Garden, the open-air heart of the ship with a Storybook Castle and the Garden Stage; Town Square for the princesses, shops and the Walt Disney Theatre; San Fransokyo Street with the arcade, Hiro Training Zone and Baymax Cinemas; Marvel Landing with the Ironcycle Test Run coaster, Pym Quantum Racers and Groot Galaxy Spin; Toy Story Place with the family pool and Woody and Jessie’s Wild Slides; Wayfinder Bay, the Moana pool at the stern; and Disney Discovery Reef with the upscale restaurants.
Disney Adventure sails three- and four-night cruises from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre in Singapore, most of them with sea days only so the ship is the destination. From December 31, 2026, select four-night sailings add a call at Langkawi, Malaysia, with 27 Langkawi cruises scheduled through the end of 2027. She suits families from Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and the wider region, and US families combining a Singapore vacation with a Disney cruise.
