Costa Deliziosa is the smaller, more intimate ship in the Costa fleet: 92,720 gross tons, 1,130 staterooms and a crew of about 930. Built by Fincantieri in Venice and delivered in 2010 as the sister of Costa Luminosa, it has a Vista and Spirit hybrid design with Murano glass decoration, open-air decks with floral names, a wine bar for end-of-evening tastings and 662 balcony cabins, so almost six in ten staterooms have a private terrace.
Dining centers on the Albatros main restaurant, the Muscadins buffet and the Élite Suite and Club Restaurant reserved for suite guests, with Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, Gelateria Amarillo, the Vanilla Wine Bar and an Aperol Spritz Bar among the twelve bars and lounges. The 800-seat Teatro Duse, a 4D cinema, the Sharazad disco, Casino Gaius, two pools (one under a retractable roof), five whirlpools and the 3,500-square-meter Solemio Spa round out a ship built for long voyages.

On November 25, 2026 it leaves Savona on the 139-day World Cruise 2027 westward around the globe, with New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles and a San Francisco boarding option from January 3, returning April 12, 2027. Summer 2027 brings Venice and Athens departures before the Costa World Cruise 80 leaves Civitavecchia on November 24, 2027.
