About Celebrity Infinity

Celebrity Infinity entered service in 2001 and marked 25 years at sea in 2026. The 90,940-ton Millennium Class ship carries 2,170 guests, small enough for a single main pool deck, an adults-only Solarium under glass and a Sky Lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows. A 2024 refit in Marseille added aft Sunset Suites, redesigned The Retreat Lounge and enlarged Luminae, followed by a technical dry dock in January 2026.

Infinity is Celebrity’s Europe-based classic, and its dining follows the current fleet lineup: Main Restaurant, Oceanview Café, Blu for AquaClass and Luminae for suites, with Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef as specialty options and Cellar Masters for wine tastings. The Rooftop Terrace hosts movies under the stars and Starlink keeps the ship connected across the Mediterranean.

In 2026 and 2027 Infinity sails 12-night Canary Islands, Madeira and Morocco cruises from Barcelona through the winter and 9 to 12-night Greek Isles and Eastern Mediterranean itineraries from Athens (Piraeus) from spring through fall, with Adriatic repositionings between the two. SmartCruiser adds bonus onboard credit on sailings where Celebrity allows it, not available booking direct.

Celebrity Infinity questions we answer every day

How big is Celebrity Infinity?
Celebrity Infinity is 90,940 gross tons and 965 feet long with a 105-foot beam, carrying 2,170 guests at double occupancy. It is one of the smaller ships in the Celebrity fleet, which means shorter lines, a single relaxed pool deck and the ability to dock in Greek island and Canary Island ports that larger ships tender to.
When was Celebrity Infinity last refurbished?
Infinity’s most recent guest-facing refit was completed at Chantier Naval de Marseille in March 2024. It added aft Sunset Suites with 296 sq ft inside and 242 sq ft verandas, redesigned The Retreat Lounge and enlarged Luminae. A nine-day technical dry dock in Marseille in January 2026 handled maintenance, certification and survey work before the 2026 season.
Which staterooms are best on Celebrity Infinity?
Aft Veranda staterooms and the new Sunset Suites have the largest balconies on the ship and overlook the wake, ideal for Greek Isles sunsets. AquaClass near the Spa suits wellness-minded guests with Blu and the Persian Garden. Sky Suites are the entry to The Retreat with a butler and Luminae, and the Penthouse Suite has a 1,098 sq ft wraparound veranda.
What is included in the fare on Celebrity Infinity?
The fare covers your stateroom, the Main Restaurant, Oceanview Café, Mast Grill and Spa Café, theater and lounge entertainment, the pool and Solarium, the fitness center and Camp at Sea daytime sessions. Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five, Le Petit Chef, drinks, Wi-Fi and spa services are extra unless you add a package. AquaClass includes Blu and suites include Luminae.
Where does Celebrity Infinity sail in 2026 and 2027?
Infinity is based in Europe year-round. From November 2026 through early March 2027 she sails 12-night Canary Islands, Madeira and Morocco cruises round trip from Barcelona, then repositions to Athens (Piraeus) in March 2027 for 9 to 12-night Greek Isles, Turkey and Eastern Mediterranean itineraries through fall, with Adriatic sailings between Athens and Barcelona at the season changes.
Is Celebrity Infinity good for families?
Families with older children do fine: Camp at Sea runs daily for ages 3 to 12, the Teen Club covers 13 to 17 and the port-rich itineraries are a floating history lesson. The ship has no waterslides or large family pool complex, and the Solarium is adults-only outside set hours, so it suits culture-focused families more than thrill seekers.
