MSC’s next U.S. flagship: Port Canaveral from November 2027 with Cliffhanger.
Best for: Central Florida families and Orlando fly-in cruisers who want the newest MSC ship from Port Canaveral with Ocean Cay on every seven-night Caribbean itinerary, from November 2027. Sails from Port Canaveral (Orlando) in 2026 and 2027.

About MSC World Atlantic
MSC World Atlantic is the fourth World Class ship and the second built for the American market. She floated out at Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire in September 2026 and will be delivered in 2027 ahead of her first cruise from Port Canaveral on November 13, 2027. At 215,863 gross tons with 22 decks and roughly 2,600 staterooms, she matches MSC World America and carries over its seven districts: World Galleria, The Terraces, the adults-only Zen Area, Family Aventura, the Aqua Deck, the World Promenade and the MSC Yacht Club.
Headline features follow World America and World Asia: the Cliffhanger over-water swing in The Harbour, an aquapark with waterslides and splash zones, a high ropes course, seven pools and 13 whirlpools, and the MSC Luna Park Arena. New to the U.S. is The Clubhouse, a retro family hangout with a LEGO Family Zone, bumper cars and roller skating, plus Viva La Musica, a Latin lounge with live music. MSC promises about 40 bars, restaurants and lounges, a large Aurea Spa thermal area and a 144-suite MSC Yacht Club.
From November 2027 MSC World Atlantic sails year-round from Port Canaveral, alternating seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruises (Grand Turk, Puerto Plata, Nassau and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve) with Western Caribbean cruises (Costa Maya, Cozumel, Nassau and Ocean Cay); the two weeks combine into 14-night voyages. She is the pick for Orlando-area families who want a brand-new mega ship with MSC’s private island on every itinerary. Some venue details are still to be announced by MSC.

- The Clubhouse makes its U.S. debut with table games, a LEGO Family Zone, bumper cars, basketball and roller skating
