About MSC Preziosa
MSC Preziosa is the last and most family-friendly of MSC’s four Fantasia Class ships. At 139,072 gross tons with 3,502 guests at double occupancy and about 1,388 crew, it shares the class signatures of a real stone piazza, Swarovski crystal staircases and an aft infinity pool, then adds the Doremi Castle kids’ aqua park and Vertigo, a 120-meter waterslide that MSC describes as the longest single-rider slide at sea.
The MSC Yacht Club occupies the upper forward decks with keycard access, 24-hour butler service, the Top Sail Lounge, a private restaurant and a pool deck with whirlpools. Everyone else picks the Bella, Fantastica or Aurea experience. Specialty dining is Butcher’s Cut steakhouse and Kaito Sushi in the Galaxy Lounge, and the bar lineup runs from the Safari Lounge and El Dorado piano bar to La Locanda for pizza and tapas.
From 2026 MSC Preziosa is MSC’s year-round Northern Europe ship. It sails from Hamburg, with winter 2026 to 2027 seven-night cruises that also embark in Rotterdam, Southampton, Le Havre and Zeebrugge, and summer 2027 voyages to the Norwegian fjords, North Cape, Svalbard, the Baltic and the British Isles. It suits families and couples who want a big ship with a waterpark and a suite enclave without flying to the Mediterranean.
