About MSC Sinfonia
MSC Sinfonia pays homage to the great composers, with decks named Beethoven through Schubert and venues such as the Teatro San Carlo and the Sanremo Casino. It has sailed for MSC since 2005 and is a Lirica Class ship of 65,591 gross tons and 902 feet with 976 staterooms and 721 crew. In early 2015 it went through MSC’s Renaissance Programme at Fincantieri, gaining a 24-meter midsection with close to 200 new staterooms, the Doremi Spray Park, new kids areas and a 3,400 square foot music and dance space.
Interiors combine clean modern lines with natural wood, brass and marble. Dinner is in the Il Galeone or Il Covo restaurant, with the La Terrazza buffet and pizza counter for casual meals, and the bar lineup runs from the Manhattan Bar and Buddha Bar to Shelagh’s House Irish Pub, Cafe Le Baroque and the panoramic Pasha Club Disco. Daytime brings a pool complex, sports court, golf simulator, mini golf and the MSC Aurea Spa with Balinese massages. Balcony staterooms are limited.
In 2026 MSC Sinfonia sails seven-night Greek Islands cruises from Bari to Corfu, Argostoli, Katakolon, Piraeus and Santorini through late October. For winter 2026 to 2027 it moves to the Western Mediterranean with seven-night loops embarking in Barcelona, Civitavecchia, Genoa, Marseille and Valencia from November 2026 to April 2027, followed by longer spring and summer 2027 voyages from Civitavecchia to Spain, Portugal and the Lisbon coast.
