About Disney Wish

Disney Wish launched the Wish Class in July 2022, the first Disney ship powered by liquefied natural gas and the first built by Meyer Werft since the Dream Class. At about 144,000 gross tons with 1,254 staterooms, 15 decks and capacity for 4,000 guests, she is themed to enchantment: Captain Minnie on the bow, Rapunzel on the stern and a Grand Hall atrium styled as a fairy-tale castle with Cinderella at its center. Ninety percent of staterooms are outside and more than 900 have a verandah.

The ship introduced the AquaMouse, Disney’s first attraction at sea, a 760-foot water ride with animated story scenes, plus two theatrical restaurants in the dining rotation: Arendelle, A Frozen Dining Adventure, and Worlds of Marvel with the Avengers: Quantum Encounter show. The Walt Disney Theatre stages Disney The Little Mermaid, Disney’s Aladdin, A Musical Spectacular and Disney Seas the Adventure. Adults get the Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge, The Bayou, Palo Steakhouse, Enchanté and the Quiet Cove infinity pool.

Disney Wish sails three- and four-night Bahamas cruises from Port Canaveral through April 2027, calling at Nassau, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Summer 2027 is her first European season, with three- to ten-night Mediterranean and Northern Europe cruises including Zadar, Trieste and Hellesylt. A September 2027 transatlantic from Southampton opens Disney’s return to New York for Bermuda and Canada and New England cruises, then San Juan, then back to Port Canaveral.

The AquaMouse is a 760-foot water ride that Disney calls the first Disney attraction at sea. Two-person rafts pass through enclosed tubes with animated scenes starring Mickey and Minnie, alternating between the Scuba Scramble and Swiss Meltdown stories, before an open-air run around the upper decks. Riders must be at least 42 inches tall.
Which staterooms are best on Disney Wish?
Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah sleep up to five and are the right choice for most families. Couples do well in a standard Verandah room midship. If budget allows, Concierge adds a private lounge, sun deck and pool, and the Wish Tower Suite in the forward funnel sleeps eight over two stories.
Is there a casino on Disney Wish?
No. Disney Cruise Line ships do not have casinos. Adults on Disney Wish have the Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge, The Bayou, Nightingale’s, Keg & Compass, The Rose, Palo Steakhouse, Enchanté and the Quiet Cove pool area with Cove Café, all reserved for guests 18 and over.
What is included in the fare on Disney Wish?
