Best for: Families and couples who want a brand-new, European-styled mega ship from Miami with a private island on every itinerary, strong specialty dining and a true ship-within-a-ship in the MSC Yacht Club. Sails from Miami in 2026 and 2027.

About MSC World America
MSC World America is the first World Class ship built for the American market and MSC Cruises’ flagship in the United States. She entered service in April 2025 from the new MSC Miami Cruise Terminal at 216,638 gross tons, with 2,614 staterooms across 22 decks and a crew of 2,138. MSC organizes the ship into seven districts: the indoor World Galleria, The Terraces for specialty dining, the adults-only Zen Area aft, the Family Aventura district, the Aqua Deck, the open-air World Promenade and the MSC Yacht Club.
The headline attraction is Cliffhanger, an over-water swing ride that MSC calls the only one at sea, set in The Harbour on the top decks beside an aquapark, a high ropes course and a lighthouse playground modeled on Ocean Cay. Dining runs to 16 venues including the only Eataly at sea, Paxos Greek taverna on the World Promenade, Butcher’s Cut steakhouse and Kaito sushi and teppanyaki, with more than 20 bars and dessert spots. Families get Doremiland, MSC’s largest kids complex, with a Chicco baby club and LEGO play areas.
MSC World America sails year-round from Miami on seven-night Caribbean cruises, alternating an Eastern route (Puerto Plata, San Juan and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve) with a Western route (Isla de Roatan, Costa Maya, Cozumel and Ocean Cay) through 2026, 2027 and into 2028; every sailing includes a day at MSC’s private Bahamas island. Book the Bella, Fantastica or Aurea experience, or the keycard-only MSC Yacht Club for a ship-within-a-ship with butler service and its own restaurant, pool deck and Top Sail Lounge.
