About Seven Seas Splendor

Seven Seas Splendor was delivered by Fincantieri in January 2020 as the second Explorer Class ship and the twin of Seven Seas Explorer. At 55,498 gross tons and 735 feet, she carries 748 guests in 374 suites, every one with a furnished private balcony, served by 548 crew. Regent fitted her with a curated art collection, more than 500 crystal chandeliers and more than an acre of Italian marble, with suites from the 307-square-foot Veranda Suite to the Regent Suite.

The all-inclusive fare covers unlimited shore excursions, all eight dining venues including Prime 7, Chartreuse and Pacific Rim, unlimited drinks with fine wines and premium spirits, Wi-Fi, gratuities and valet laundry, with a pre-cruise hotel night for Concierge Suites and above. Evenings run from the two-deck Constellation Theater to the Splendor Lounge, the Observation Lounge and the casino, and days include an 18-station Culinary Arts Kitchen and Serene Spa & Wellness.

Her 2026-2027 program starts with fall foliage between New York and Montreal, then Caribbean sailings from Miami and Galveston, Texas, through the holidays. On January 11, 2027 she becomes the first Explorer Class ship to host a Regent World Cruise, 140 nights from Miami to New York through the South Pacific, Australia, Asia, Arabia and the Mediterranean, with segments bookable from Panama City, Papeete, Sydney, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Rome. Summer 2027 brings the British Isles, Norway, the Baltic and Iceland from Southampton, Copenhagen and Reykjavik.

Seven Seas Splendor questions we answer every day

How big is Seven Seas Splendor?
Seven Seas Splendor measures 55,498 gross tons and 735 feet long, with 10 decks and 374 suites for 748 guests at double occupancy and 548 crew. She is the second Explorer Class ship, delivered in 2020 as the twin of Seven Seas Explorer and joined by Seven Seas Grandeur in 2023, and the first of the class to host a Regent World Cruise.
What is included in the fare on Seven Seas Splendor?
Unlimited shore excursions in every port, all eight restaurants including the reservation-based Prime 7, Chartreuse and Pacific Rim, unlimited beverages including fine wines and premium spirits, open bars, in-suite minibar, Wi-Fi, gratuities and valet laundry. Concierge Suites and above add a pre-cruise hotel night. SmartCruiser adds bonus onboard credit on sailings where Regent allows it, not available booking direct.
Where does Seven Seas Splendor sail in 2026 and 2027?
Fall 2026 brings Canada and New England foliage cruises between New York and Montreal, then Caribbean sailings from Miami and Galveston through the holidays. On January 11, 2027 she departs Miami on the 140-night World of Splendor world cruise to New York, sold in full or in segments. Summer 2027 covers the British Isles, Norway, the Baltic, Iceland and Greenland from Southampton, Copenhagen and Reykjavik.
Can I sail from Texas on Seven Seas Splendor?
Yes. In late 2026 Seven Seas Splendor homeports in Galveston for Western Caribbean voyages of 11 to 17 nights, calling at Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize City, Costa Maya and Cozumel, including a holiday sailing over Christmas and New Year. These are Regent’s first departures from Texas and suit Southwest travelers who prefer to drive to the pier.
Which suite is the best choice on Seven Seas Splendor?
Every suite has a balcony, so a Veranda or Deluxe Veranda Suite is a comfortable choice for most couples. The Regent Suite on Deck 14 has a 1,300-square-foot wraparound veranda and in-suite spa.

Yes. She is the first of the Explorer Class to receive Regent’s Explorer Class Reimagined refit, entering dry dock in November 2027 and returning to service on December 6, 2027 with larger entry-level suites, new Horizon Penthouse Suites and three signature suites. Capacity drops to 688 guests. Sailings through fall 2027 are on the ship as she is today.
