About Silver Endeavour
Silver Endeavour is the purpose-built flagship of Silversea’s expedition fleet. Launched in 2021 at MV Werften in Germany and joining Silversea in late 2022, it is 20,649 gross tons with a PC6 polar-class rating that Silversea calls among the highest in the industry. It carries 220 guests with a crew of 207, close to one to one, and Silversea cites industry-leading crew-to-guest, Zodiac-to-guest and expert-to-guest ratios. Every suite has a balcony and a butler.
The ship is built for cold-water expeditions: two Mud Rooms with state-of-the-art equipment for gearing up, a Marina for Zodiac loading, an Explorer Lounge for lectures and recaps, a glass-enclosed Pool Deck with whirlpool, an Observation Lounge, library and The Bow viewing area. Five dining venues include The Restaurant, Il Terrazzino, The Grill, La Dame and the Arts Café, with Connoisseur’s Corner for cigars and spirits and an Otium Spa, salon and fitness center for days at sea.
Through 2026 and 2027 Silver Endeavour works both poles. From October 2026 to January 2027 it sails six night Antarctica Fly Cruises round trip from King George Island, reached by private charter from Puerto Williams. In spring 2027 it repositions from Buenos Aires via Dakar, Lisbon and Dublin to Svalbard for Longyearbyen, Tromso and Reykjavik voyages through August, including Scoresby Sund in Greenland, then crosses to New York and returns to Antarctica in October 2027. It suits travelers who want the newest, most capable Silversea expedition ship.
