S.S. Victoria: ship guide
Royal Suites of 506 square feet, the largest on Europe’s rivers, for 110 guests.
Best for: Couples who want one of the biggest suites on Europe’s rivers and a spacious, quiet ship for the Rhine, Moselle, Belgium and Holland, including Christmas-market and Tulip Time sailings. Sails from Basel, Brussels, Amsterdam in 2026 and 2027.

About S.S. Victoria
S.S. Victoria joined Uniworld’s European fleet in 2024, a 110-guest ship built in 2017 and restyled in contemporary luxury for Uniworld, with soothing lounge tones, original artwork and fresh flowers throughout. Uniworld says the ship and its sister S.S. Elisabeth have the largest suites on the rivers of Europe: the two Royal Suites measure 506 square feet each, and booking the adjoining Suite creates a 759-square-foot two-bedroom apartment linked by a separate living room.
Space is the theme across the 55 staterooms. Sixteen Suites and twenty Signature French Balcony staterooms are 253 square feet, well above the river-ship norm, and even the Deluxe and standard French Balcony categories are 188 square feet. Guests dine in three venues: the main restaurant, a private venue for smaller groups and a rooftop bar, and relax in a spa area with a pool, gym and massage room. Because the ship is operated for Uniworld, the line notes that some amenities differ from its company-owned vessels.
In 2026 and 2027 S.S. Victoria sails the Rhine and Moselle and the waterways of Belgium and Holland: Belgian Holiday Markets and the Dutch & Belgian Holiday Celebration from Brussels in late 2026, then Holland & Belgium at Tulip Time, Castles Along the Rhine from Basel to Arnhem or Amsterdam and the 15-day Rhine, Moselle & Belgium Grand Discovery in 2027. It suits couples who want a big suite and a quiet, spacious ship on the classic Rhine route.
