About Disney Wonder

Disney Wonder is the second ship in the fleet and the twin of Disney Magic, delivered by Fincantieri in 1999. At 84,000 gross tons with 875 staterooms and 11 guest decks, she carries up to 2,713 guests with a crew of about 950. A 53-day dry dock in Cadiz in 2016 rebuilt much of the ship: Tiana’s Place replaced Parrot Cay, the Marvel Super Hero Academy and Frozen Adventures went into the Oceaneer Club, a nursery was added and the After Hours adult district got the Crown & Fin Pub, Azure and the Cadillac Lounge.

The ship suits families who like a smaller, more traditional Disney ship and the West Coast. Rotational dining runs through Tiana’s Place, with live jazz and a second-line parade, Animator’s Palate and Triton’s, and the Walt Disney Theatre stages Frozen, A Musical Spectacular, The Golden Mickeys and Disney Dreams. Kids get Goofy’s Pool, the Twist ’n’ Spout slide and Dory’s Reef; adults have the Quiet Cove Pool, Palo and Cove Café.

Disney Wonder is Disney’s West Coast ship for 2026 and 2027. From October 2026 through spring 2027 she sails three- to seven-night Baja and Mexican Riviera cruises from San Diego to Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas, Catalina Island and Puerto Vallarta, then moves to Vancouver for seven-night Alaska cruises in summer 2027 before returning to San Diego for fall 2027 and spring 2028.
