About Navigator of the Seas

Navigator of the Seas is a Voyager Class ship that entered service in 2002 and received a $115 million Royal Amplified makeover in 2019. That refit gave her The Blaster, the longest aqua coaster at sea, the Riptide headfirst mat racer that curves out over the side of the ship, a pool deck with double the surface area, The Lime & Coconut three-level bar, Hooked Seafood, Jamie’s Italian, El Loco Fresh, Battle for Planet Z laser tag, a Royal Escape Room and redesigned kids and teen spaces. At about 140,000 gross tons she carries 3,388 guests at double occupancy on 14 guest decks.

She is built for families and groups who want the biggest thrill lineup in the Voyager Class, with the FlowRider, rock climbing wall, Studio B ice rink and Navigator Dunes mini golf alongside the slides. Evenings move from Showgirl and Ballroom Fever in the Royal Theater and iSkate on the ice to the Bamboo Room tiki bar, Playmakers, Casino Royale and live music at The Lime & Coconut.

After five years of Mexican Riviera and Baja cruises from Los Angeles that run through September 2026, Navigator repositions to Asia with an October 2026 Tokyo to Singapore sailing and then becomes Royal Caribbean’s year-round Singapore ship through October 2027, offering 2 to 12 night cruises to Penang, Phuket, Langkawi, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taipei and Japan. SmartCruiser adds bonus onboard credit on her sailings where Royal Caribbean allows it, not available booking direct.
