About Crown Princess
Crown Princess is the lead ship of the Crown Class, the final evolution of Princess’s Grand Class design, and entered service in June 2006 with Martha Stewart as godmother. She is 113,561 gross tons, carries 3,080 guests at double occupancy in 1,547 staterooms with nearly 900 balconies, and has the three-story Piazza, Movies Under the Stars screen and adults-only Sanctuary that define the Princess product.
A December 2025 dry dock in Singapore gave the ship Princess’s popular O’Malley’s Irish Pub in place of the Wheelhouse Bar, a redesigned Gatsby’s Casino and a new EFFY Lounge, along with a general refurbishment of public spaces. Included dining covers three main dining rooms, the World Fresh Marketplace buffet, the 24-hour International Café, Slice and The Salty Dog Grill, with Crown Grill, Sabatini’s, the Chef’s Table and The Salty Dog Gastropub as specialty choices.
After completing a 114-day world cruise from Sydney in 2026, Crown Princess moves to the Caribbean for winter 2026 to 2027 with 7 and 14-night Southern Caribbean cruises from San Juan and a first-ever Princess homeport season in Bridgetown, Barbados from January to March 2027. Summer 2027 brings Inside Passage cruises from Vancouver, followed by a winter of California Coast, Hawaii and Mexican Riviera sailings from the West Coast. She suits couples and well-traveled cruisers who want port-rich itineraries on a mid-sized ship.
